The mission of the Redlands Chamber Foundation is to build community pride through Leadership, Education, Advancement, and Development. Its future endowment will allow the Foundation to support the initiatives of the Redlands Chamber of Commerce.

Founded in 1993, the Redlands Chamber Foundation is a 501c non-profit organization, completely separate from the Redlands Chamber of Commerce, which is a 501c6 non-profit organization. Each have separate boards and it is noteworthy that the Foundation’s board is composed nearly 50% of Leadership Redlands alumni.

One of the signature programs operated by the Redlands Chamber Foundation is the Leadership Redlands program. Information can be found here. Tuition for the program, as well as donations for the program’s annual service project requirement are tax-deductible.
